Happy New Year! (2016)
My two favorite parts of the day.
During the morning, when the sun isn't rising yet with the stars still there and before evening, when the sun sets.
During the morning, when the sun isn't rising yet with the stars still there and before evening, when the sun sets.
For most people, both phenomena represent something sad.
But for me, it seems to tell me something else.
But for me, it seems to tell me something else.
The early morning wherein the sun isn't rising yet relates to a person trying to reach her dreams. There are plenty of other stars in the sky that shine just the same with the other but there is this one star that will outshine all of them--the sun. It just takes time before she rises but it's going to be worth it.
On the other hand, the sun setting reveals that, at the end of the day, even if she is the brightest among the stars, she is still willing to let herself down and humble herself for others to shine just as bright; she is willing to go back from where she came from and never forget that she was also once a small star among the many others.
You may seem like one of the many stars today.
But someday, some time in our lives, we will experience being the sun.
But someday, some time in our lives, we will experience being the sun.
Happy New Year 2016, Everyone! :)
